Video: Mercedes-Benz Stars in Transformers 3

The third installment of the popular Transformers movies, "Dark of the Moon", directed by Michael Bay and produced by none other than Steven Spielberg, has made its premiere in Berlin.
Of course, all the stars including Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, John Torturo, Patrick Dempsey and the gorgeous Victoria’s Secret model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, were present. But since the movie is about cars, and even though the franchise features a lot of Chevrolet models, Mercedes-Benz was also present with the E-Class playing an Autobot (the good guys) and the SLS AMG appearing on screen as Huntington-Whiteley’s car.
Funny, we think it should be the other way around, since the SLS is the supercar, right? And Michael Bay was so impressed he just bought one.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Yesterday, it was the day Transformers 3 came out and it just happened to also be Orange Wednesday's meaning 2-4-1 offer. Perfecto for me and my boyfriend who both love the Transformers franchise.
Obviously, there has been a lot of drama surrounding the third and probably final part to the robotic story. Apparently, there has been mixed reviews due to the confusion of the narrative and of course the new female role.

The plot surrounds the end of the world as humans know it. Cybertron is the original home of the Autobots and Decepticons and now, it is coming to earth. This is the main storyline - about the decepticons taking over the world and using the human race as either slaves or to they would become extinct. Plus, a twist in the narrative, someone switches sides but I won't say who or which side.
It is jam-packed with action, especially the last fifty minutes with the huge battle scene which always gets the audience on the edge of their seats. The camera flips from scene to scene quick, easy so that the audience doesn't miss one thing.
Even Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whitely) plays her role in the huge battle like Megan Fox did in Transformers 2.

This brings me to the battle of the girls.
Megan Fox vs. Rosie Huntington-Whitely

The Transformers girls are always near cars, it seems...

So, there are different rumours as to why Megan Fox is not in Transformers 3. From her point of view, she wanted to leave the franchise. I, however, believe the other side: she was sacked. Who would want to leave one of the biggest selling franchises in the world? She would be a complete psycho for leaving! I believe she was sacked and I know that it hurts me to say it because I loved her in the previous two films.

Rosie Huntington-Whitely wanted to try new things and different career paths as she has been a model for the past nine years. She was excited to be chosen, especially as a newcomer to the Hollywood business. She is a Brit which obviously means she brings that sultry, well spoken voice to the film making her seem like a very sexy choice for the new female lead.

Acting wise, it is obvious that Megan Fox has more experience, but give RHW her due, she does do a good job and she makes the drama more dramatic which is what the film needs. One annoying thing (which in the situation any girl would) she screamed a lot! She was more the girly girl character whereas Megan Fox would have toughened the role up a bit. It is a change in character afterall.

Both women are young and sexy. No-one can deny that and if you did and you did it in front of me, I would shoot you, in the face.
Ha!
I wouldn't but you can't deny it.
Anyway, both girls are at complete opposite ends which is a good thing because if Carly was exactly the same as Michaela, the fans would think that this new girlfriend was just a copycat of the other.
Fox is the dark haired beauty whereas RHW is the angelic blond and both actresses bring their beauty to very different roles.

As I was watching the film during the take over of the world, I was wondering where Megan Fox's character would be right now. Would she be dead? Or would she be on a motorbike somewhere in the dessert, racing away from the Decepticons. I'd like to think the latter. Also, I thought: is Sam thinking about his last girlfriend right now? Hoping that she's okay? I doubt it because he was so set on saving Carly.

That brings me to Shia LeBeouf. What a great actor and comedian. He makes me laugh so much! The way he reacts to things in the film is hilarious because he is overexaggerative and he screams for about five seconds longer when he is safe which some might see as something to get over. Nevertheless, he shows an emotional side throughout the film to his friends, the Autobots, especially bumblebee when there is a scene in the film full of suspense filled with emotion.

I have just read that Shia LeBeouf has just resigned the Transformer franchise stating that there is nowhere for his character Sam Whitwickey to now grow to. LeBoeuf feels that he has done all that the character will allow him to do.

New Transformers Movie Spawns Chevrolet Camaro 2012 Special Edition

General Motors is trying to squeeze every ounce of publicity out its association with the makers of the third Transformers movie, called Dark of the Moon, which opens exclusively in 3D Tuesday and worldwide Wednesday.
Aside from having an army of cars featured in the film, the Detroit automaker is also launching yet another limited edition Camaromodel based on theAutobot “Bumblebee” character.
The 2012 Camaro Transformers Special Edition will be offered as a $3,000 package on 2LT and 2SS Camaro Coupes with Rally Yellow paint. Along with the content provided in the RS package, the Transformers edition adds bespoke black rally stripes that cover the hood, roof, decklid and the unique rear spoiler.
A set of 20-inch alloy wheels finished in black and wrapped in high-performance summer tires along with some cheesy Autobot Shield logos on the center caps and front quarter panels, complete the exterior changes.
As an option, GM will offer 21-inch, black-painted wheels and a black ground-effects package.
Inside, the Transformers edition Camaro’s interior is trimmed in black leather with yellow stitching on the instrument panel, center console, armrests and seats, while Autobot Shield logos are embroidered on the front headrests, as well as the center console lid.
GM believes the linkage with Transformers has helped boost sales and build the Camaro brand, especially with young buyers.
“The Transformers franchise has helped introduce Camaro – and Chevrolet – to a whole new generation of fans,” said Rick Scheidt, vice president of Chevrolet marketing. “Its role in the films helped make the Camaro the best-selling sports car in America, and one of the best-known cars of any kind around the world.”
GM will open the order books on the 2012 Transformers Special Edition Camaro in July, with vehicles arriving at U.S. and Canadian showrooms in September.

Cake Boss Transforms Bumblebee into a 2,000-Pound Monster

VW may have made some headlines with the 2012 Beetle’s appearance on Britney Spears’latest music video, but when it comes to product placement, the Germans are no match to General Motors.
The General’s say (or is that pay?) is so strong in the movie industry that the Detroit company was able to convince the makers of the Transformers franchise to have a 2011 Chevy Camaro play the role of Bumblebee instead of the original VW Beetle.
And as if the appearance of the Camaro and the rest of the GM branded gang in the trilogy weren’t enough, the Detroit company is also pushing its Transformer characters on reality TV shows.
In anticipation of the upcoming Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon film, the General had TLC’s Cake Boss, a.k.a. Buddy Valastro cook up a 2,000-pound lump of flour and sugar in the shape of a Chevy Camaro with Bumblebee sitting on top. Scroll down to watch the video.

ELLE's July Cover Girl

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was voted as number one in FHM's Top 100 Sexiest Women in the World, replacing Cheryl Cole's winning streak at the number one spot. It would have been her  hat-trick.
She is a top model, born and bred in the UK shooting for campaigns such as Burberry, Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. She is also the UK's Victoria Angel model, modelling along side american beauties Giselle and Miranda Kerr.
And now she is currently starring in the new Transformers instead of the beautiful, sexy Megan Fox. Will she live up to Fox's standards? I'm unsure.

No-one can deny that this 24 year old is an English beauty and is set to start a very long and fabulous journey.

Transformers 3 ...

The plain eye can see why she was voted number one on the FHM's Sexiest Women list. She oozes sex appeal and rebellion, yet she has an innocent face which, lets face every man desires.
An innocent looking girl with a sexy rebellious woman fighting to escape.
